LinkedIn Is Where Business Buyers Pay Attention
LinkedIn is different from other social platforms. People open it with work on their minds: hiring, buying, partnering, learning or checking out a company before a meeting. For consultants, agencies, SaaS companies, manufacturers, recruiters and professional-service firms, that makes it one of the most valuable places to be visible. It also means generic, recycled content tends to be ignored.
Our LinkedIn management service helps you show up with clear, useful content that reflects real expertise. We work with you to define what you want to be known for, turn your knowledge into a monthly content plan and publish consistently on your company page, your personal profile, or both. Each month we review what resonated and refine the plan.
Want a second opinion first? Ask for a free LinkedIn profile and page audit and we will send written priorities.

LinkedIn Ghostwriting: Your Ideas, Written for You
Most founders and senior leaders know what they want to say on LinkedIn but never find the time to write it well. LinkedIn ghostwriting solves that. A writer interviews you, collects your opinions, client lessons and stories, and turns them into posts published under your name.
How our ghostwriting works:
- Voice interview. A recorded conversation about your background, beliefs, typical client problems and the topics you will and will not discuss in public.
- Voice notes. We capture your phrases, tone and level of formality so posts read like you, not like a template.
- Monthly idea bank. Topics come from your sales calls, FAQs, projects and industry news; you can send quick voice notes whenever an idea strikes.
- Draft, edit, approve. Every post is shared before it goes live. Nothing is published without your sign-off.
Ghostwriting is part of the standard LinkedIn plan, not an extra. For a breakdown of how ghostwriters price their work, read what LinkedIn ghostwriting costs. Early-stage teams can also see LinkedIn for startups and founders.
Company Page vs Founder Profile
| Company Page | Founder or leader profile | |
|---|---|---|
| Good for | Credibility, product and hiring updates, a home for case studies | Reach, trust and conversations with buyers, partners and candidates |
| Voice | Brand voice ("we") | Personal voice ("I"), opinions and stories |
| Access | Page admin role | Ready-to-post drafts and a schedule; your login stays with you |
| Typical use | Supports the people behind the brand | Often where most of the engagement happens |
The 30 monthly assets can be split between the Page and one profile. More profiles are scoped in a custom quote.
Who LinkedIn Management Is For
- B2B companies selling software, services, manufacturing or wholesale to other businesses, including SaaS and B2B tech.
- Founders and leadership teams who want to build a personal brand that supports sales, hiring and fundraising.
- Consultants, coaches and agencies whose expertise is the product.
- Healthcare, property and professional practices such as clinics and real-estate firms recruiting staff or building referral networks.
- Recruiters and employers who want to show company culture and attract talent.
- Exporters and international firms building credibility with buyers in the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, Europe and India.
Our LinkedIn Management Process, Step by Step
- Free audit or discovery call. Share your profile and Company Page links. We reply with written notes, usually within 48 hours on business days.
- Scope and custom quote. We agree which profiles and pages we manage, the split between them and any extras, or you start with the $299 pilot.
- Voice interview and onboarding (week 1). We learn about your offer, ideal clients, sales cycle and the opinions you are comfortable sharing, and set up access.
- Positioning and profile updates (week 1). Headline, About and Featured section on key profiles, plus Company Page tagline and description.
- Content calendar. Three or four content themes and a monthly mix of posts, carousels and videos around your launches and events.
- Writing, design and approval. Posts drafted in your voice, carousels designed in your brand style and short video scripts so recording takes minutes. You approve before anything is scheduled.
- Publishing and monthly review. Posts go out at times that suit your target region. Each month we review which topics and formats earned attention and conversations, and adjust.

| Opinion and story posts | 5 | Why you do things differently, a founder story, a contrarian take on a popular idea |
| Company and culture posts | 4 | Team spotlights, hiring, events, product or service updates |
| Carousels / document posts | 10 | Step-by-step frameworks, checklists, comparisons, “how we approach…” guides |

Agency vs Freelancer vs Doing It Yourself

| Design | Carousels designed in your brand style | Depends on the person | Your own templates |

Tools We Use
- LinkedIn's native scheduler and Page admin tools for Company Pages.
- LinkedIn analytics for impressions, engagement, followers and profile views.
- Design software for carousels and document posts, and video-editing software for short clips.
- A shared document and calendar for drafts and approvals; no automation or engagement tools.
Timeline and What Results to Expect
- Month 1: positioning agreed, profiles and Page updated, first approved posts live.
- Months 2–3: enough posts to see which themes and formats earn impressions, comments and profile views; the plan shifts towards them.
- Months 3–6: a recognisable point of view, a library of carousels you can reuse in sales, and clearer trends in inbound conversations.
LinkedIn rewards consistency, and B2B buying cycles are long, so judge the work over several months rather than weeks. We report what LinkedIn analytics shows and never promise followers, leads or deals.

LinkedIn Management & Ghostwriting FAQ
What is included in LinkedIn management services?
The plan includes 30 content assets per month (15 text or image posts, 10 carousel or document posts and 5 short videos or video scripts), a monthly content calendar, profile or Company Page optimisation, competitor and audience research, publishing support and a monthly performance review.
What is LinkedIn ghostwriting?
LinkedIn ghostwriting means a writer drafts posts that are published under your own name, based on your ideas, experience and opinions. You review and approve every post, so the content stays yours. Our LinkedIn plan includes ghostwritten posts for a founder or leader profile; see the LinkedIn ghostwriting cost guide for how pricing works.
Do you manage company pages, personal profiles or both?
Either, or a mix. Many B2B companies get the best results from a company page supported by content on the founder's or leadership team's personal profiles. We agree the split during onboarding.
Will the posts sound like me?
That is the goal. We start with a voice interview about your expertise, opinions and typical customer conversations, then write in your voice. Every post is shared for review before publishing, and you can edit anything.
How much does LinkedIn management cost?
LinkedIn management is a custom quote based on your goals. Our standard LinkedIn plan (15 posts, 10 carousels and 5 short videos a month) is about $500 per month, inside the indicative $450–$850 range for one platform, and you can start with a $299 one-month pilot. See pricing or the cost calculator.
How will you access my LinkedIn profile or Company Page?
For a Company Page you add us as a Page admin, which you can remove at any time. For a personal profile we share ready-to-post drafts and a schedule, and you or your assistant publish them, so your login stays with you. We never ask for anything that breaks LinkedIn's terms.
Do you send connection requests or automated messages?
No. We do not use automation tools that break LinkedIn's rules or risk your account. The service focuses on content, profile quality and consistent publishing.
How much of my time does it take?
Expect a 45–60 minute kick-off and voice interview, then roughly an hour a month to review the calendar, answer a few questions and record any short videos from our scripts.
Is LinkedIn Ads management included?
Paid LinkedIn campaigns and ad spend are not included in the standard plan. They can be scoped separately if you need them.
How long before LinkedIn management shows results?
The first month sets positioning, profile improvements and a publishing rhythm. Trends in impressions, profile views, followers and conversations usually become clearer after two to three months of consistent posting.
Can you guarantee leads from LinkedIn?
No. We do not promise a specific number of followers, impressions, leads or deals. Results depend on your market, offer, network, content quality and competition. We focus on a clear positioning, consistent publishing and monthly learning.
Is there a minimum contract?
No minimum term. Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD, and cancellation needs 30 days' written notice; see the refund and cancellation policy.
