Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Viral In City, operated by HYRAX COMMUNICATION PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), monthly social media management services purchased through viralincity.com or agreed with us directly. If you have a written agreement or quote with different terms, that agreement applies.

1. Monthly billing in advance

• Our packages are billed monthly, in advance, in US dollars (USD).
• Each billing cycle covers one month of service starting on the date your payment is confirmed (your "billing date").
• Work for a cycle begins after payment for that cycle is confirmed.

2. Cancellation: 30 days' written notice

• There is no minimum term or long-term lock-in, but cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.
• Written notice means an email to info@viralincity.com or a WhatsApp message to +91 8827409728 saying that you want to cancel. The 30 days start on the day we receive your notice.
• Your service and billing end when the 30-day notice period ends. If a billing date falls within the notice period, that cycle is billed as normal and we continue to deliver the service until the notice period ends, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• If you pay through a recurring PayPal arrangement, please also cancel it in your PayPal account; we will help if needed.

3. Refunds

• Work already delivered is not refundable. Payments for the current cycle are generally non-refundable once work for that cycle has started (for example research, content calendars, content assets or publishing).
• Before work starts: if you cancel after paying but before we have started any work for that cycle, you will receive a full refund.
• Setup or onboarding fees, where a quote includes one, are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
• Double charges and our errors: if you are charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or we cannot deliver the service you paid for because of our error, we will refund the affected amount.
• Processing time: approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf (for example ad spend, stock assets or software subscriptions) are not refundable by us.

4. No guaranteed results

Social media performance depends on your niche, audience, content, account history, competition and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific follower, reach, view, lead or sales numbers, so results alone are not grounds for a refund of work delivered.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

Send your request with your name, the email or phone used for payment, your PayPal transaction ID and the reason:

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method (PayPal); once processed, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on PayPal and your bank.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your payment applies to that billing cycle.
