Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Service packages are billed monthly, in advance, in US dollars (USD). There is no minimum term, but cancellation requires 30 days' written notice (email or WhatsApp). If you cancel after paying but before work for that cycle has started, you will receive a full refund. We also refund double charges and amounts charged because of our error.
