Principles
- Never share passwords. Use the platform's own partner or role tools.
- Least privilege: give the lowest role that does the job.
- The business owns the assets. Keep at least two trusted owners on your side.

Facebook and Instagram
In Meta Business Suite or Business Manager, add the agency's business portfolio as a partner and assign only the Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts it needs (Give a partner access to business assets in your business portfolio).
